The collection comprises two folders of speeches and reprints, papers dealing with the discovery of the "Minnesota Man" in 1931, the "Brown's Valley Man" in 1934, letters from 1930 comprising a series of reports from Jenks dealing with a buying and digging trip abroad, albums of photographs, collections of glass slides and negatives of photographs taken on various trips,and a collection of personal letters between Jenks and John L. Young.
